When Refunds Are Available
Refunds are available as long as your order has not yet been delivered.
Once you submit a refund request and our team confirms that delivery has not been initiated, your refund will be processed promptly.
If delivery has already been completed — either in full or in part — the order is considered fulfilled and is no longer eligible for a refund. Digital items cannot be returned once transferred in-game.
Failed Delivery
If our team is unable to complete your order for any reason on our end, you will receive a full refund .
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us through one of the following:

- Discord — join via the link on your order confirmation page , and create a ticket explaining the issue.
Refund requests made through these channels are logged and traceable. We do not accept refund requests by email or any other method, as we cannot guarantee response times or traceability outside of these channels.

Response Time
Our team is available daily from 8AM to 10PM EST. Most refund requests are reviewed and resolved within the same session once contact is made.
Recording & Evidence Policy
All deliveries and transactions are recorded.
We document every order, delivery session, and in-game interaction. This is done to protect both our customers and our team from misunderstandings or disputes.
In the event of a fraudulent chargeback or false claim, we will submit our recorded evidence to Stripe and the relevant payment processor to dispute the claim. Customers who file unjustified chargebacks may be permanently banned from purchasing on STWItems.com.
Chargebacks
We strongly encourage customers to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with their bank or payment provider. The vast majority of issues are resolved quickly through live chat or Discord.
Chargebacks filed after a confirmed delivery — where evidence of completion exists — will be disputed in full.

Digital Goods — No Return Policy
Because all products sold on STWItems.com are digital in-game items and services, they cannot be “returned” once delivered. This is consistent with standard digital goods policy under consumer protection regulations. Refunds are only available before delivery as described above.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Refunds are returned to the original payment method used at checkout. Processing times may vary depending on your bank (typically 3–10 business days).
